Philosopher and mathematician René Descartes is regarded as the father of modern philosophy for defining a starting point for existence, “I think; therefore I am.” RenĂ© Descartes was born on March 31, 1596, in La Haye en Touraine, France. He was extensively educated, first at a Jesuit college at age 8, then earning a law degree at 22, but an influential teacher set him on a course to apply mathematics and logic to understanding the natural world. This approach incorporated the contemplation of the nature of existence and of knowledge itself, hence his most famous observation, “I think; therefore I am.”
 TRUE-SELF             The first and best victory is to conquer self. To be conquered by self is of all things the most shameful and objectionable/vile. It was said by Ancient Greek Philosopher, Plato.             Before we conquer ourselves we should know first who was the really you? There were two sides of yourself .The real you or true self. It is your original self-open, loving and understanding believing in possibilities while the false self is the conditioned mind-the personality that you learned in order to survive . You know yourself is better than anyone else. You know your strengths, weakness likes and dislikes. You also know your achievements and failures.
